Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC) is a comprehensive two-year community college located in downtown Los Angeles and part of the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD). LATTC is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic instructor to teach Physics/Engineering.

Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires a commitment to the college of over 30 hours per week, including over 15 hours of teaching. Evening and/or weekend classes may be scheduled based on the department's needs. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Salary and Benefits
The starting salary ranges from $76,960 to $143,000 for the 10-month academic year, depending on experience and professional preparation. The PhD differential is $4,870 per academic year. An excellent benefits package, which includes medical, vision, dental and life insurance is available for the employee and eligible dependents.

1. A detailed letter of interest that describes how the applicant is qualified to fulfill each duty and responsibility including the minimum and desirable qualifications;

3. Legible copies of unofficial transcripts for bachelor's, master's and/or advanced degrees and any other postsecondary coursework completed. If applicant is selected for an interview, official transcripts will be required at the time of interview. Foreign degrees will need to be evaluated by an approved foreign evaluation agency.
