Advertising Opportunities

The African American Male Education Network and Development organization, A2MEND, invites you to partner with us to have access to our network in the advertisement of future jobs so, together, we can advance faculty and staff diversification within our system and be more responsive to the diverse student populations that we serve.

The A2MEND site will be an excellent opportunity for your HR department to advance the goals embedded within your equal employment opportunity (EEO) plan while demonstrating an ongoing, action-oriented commitment to increase the diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) and anti-racism efforts within your institution(s) by diversifying your hiring pools which should lead to a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce; one that better represents the students that you serve.

Our network includes a diverse group of faculty, administrators, and classified professionals from within the California Community College system.

Content of Advertisements

Advertising should not contain material that the A2MEND considers to constitute or promote discrimination. No adult material, gambling or tobacco advertising will be accepted. A2MEND the right to reject or cancel any advertising at any time. Payment for all insertions must be made in advance.
