Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION

The Manager is an advocate and resource for students, and provides program support, proctoring and programmatic support that helps to maintain student enrollment, Current enrollment program entry, and maintenance of student data reports for grants and program achievement.

This includes organizing, advising & supporting the BSN concurrent Enrollment program and will include participation in joint meetings and student selection criteria and will assist the nursing director with NCLEX prep for graduating cohorts.

The NSM will review CEP and career mobility program applications and coordinate and attend new student orientation. The MSM will arrange students meeting with BSN clinal affiliations and monitor and track BSN enrollment.

The Manager will design strategic programs and initiatives to facilitate student success, coordinate resources and review ATI data. The NSM will collect data for NCLEX, job placement data for graduation and alumni.

This position will provide coordination, monitoring grant expenditures and deliverables, and support the needs of the program.

The manager establishes and maintains strong collaborative relationships across campus to serve students with our academic partners.

The NSM will provide coordinate scholarship applications and work shop information to students.

Other duties as assigned.


Primary Purpose:
PRIMARY PURPOSE

Under the general direction of the Associate Dean of Health Science and the Nursing Director, the Nursing success Manager at CC will support the nursing director and nursing students to support program initiatives.

This grant-funded, full-time position falls under the Rebuilding Nursing Infrastructure Grant. This position is contingent upon available funding.

Minimum Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in a related area OR at least two (2) years of experience in administering the specified project(s) or similar project(s).

Desirable Qualifications:
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing education, academic advising, or student support services.

Experience with at-risk student populations, including first-generation students, ESL students, and students from diverse backgrounds.

Ability to analyze student performance data to guide interventions.

Skilled in data entry, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel, or institutional dashboards.

Comfortable using and supporting students with online NCLEX prep tools, simulation software, and educational apps.

Basic knowledge of student information systems (SIS) like Banner or PeopleSoft.
