JOB DESCRIPTION

North Orange County Community College District is now accepting applications for a Part-Time DSS Class Aide a at NOCE!

Job description: Classroom Aide

  • Assist Instructor with technology in creating online curriculum
  • Assist Instructor with paperwork (copies, filing, etc.)
  • Ensures classroom, office and instructional areas are maintained (on campus)
  • Work with small groups of students under supervision of instructor
  • Supervise students during non-instructional periods (lunch, break, before school, after school) (on campus)

Schedule:


  • October 2025-June 2026, 38.5 weeks
  • Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 am-3:00 pm, Anaheim campus
  • MWF optional for substitute opportunities
  • 10-26 hours a week max; flexible hours
  • Potential for contract renewal for fiscal year July 1, 2026-June 2027
  • Unpaid lunch


Salary:

Non-Classified short-term hourly pay range, $16.50-$19.50 per hour (based on education and experience supporting individuals with disabilities.

1 position open to be filled for October 2025-2026; potential for rehire for the next academic year, 2026-2027.

Minimum Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Skilled with technology (Zoom, Canvas, Microsoft Suite, Google Platform).

High School Diploma or GED.
